WWW Wednesday #11

Another great meme hosted over at Should Be Reading

To play along, just answer the following three (3) questions…

• What are you currently reading?
• What did you recently finish reading?
• What do you think you’ll read next?

Currently Reading
Highland Lover (Scottish Knights #3) by Amanda Scott
Bloodsucking Fiends (Love Story #1) by Christopher Moore

This week I am reading another novel about highland hotties! I love the Scottish Knights series because it is not just great historical romance, but also has stories with great scope. I enjoy all the extra details Scott puts in. The writing reminds me fondly of the Outlander novels , but don't require nearly as much of a commitment from the reader! I'm looking forward to digging in and seeing how our characters are doing since book two!

I'm taking my read of Bloodsucking Fiends a bit slow, but am loving the dry humor. I adore Christopher Moore and plan to really savor this one. Most of the books of his I own are stand alone novels, however this one is the first in series. I own all three so I won't have to wait if they leave me hanging.

Recently Finished
Scotsmen Prefer Blondes (Muses of Mayfair #2) by Sara Ramsey
The Maid and The Queen by Nancy Goldstone

I very much enjoyed these two. You can read my reviews for The Maid and The Queen here and Scotsmen Prefer Blondes here.

Up Next
The Third Fate by Nadja Notariani
The White Oak by Kim White

I'm excited to get started on both of these! Both seem to have very strong fantasy elements and I could use a good literary adventure! Come back May 11th when The Third Fate's blog tour stops by Wickedly Bookish for an interview with the author and a giveaway!

Thank you for stopping by! Please feel free to leave links to your WWW Wednesday in the comments section. I'd love to see what you all are up to!
