Teaser Tuesday is a weekly meme hosted over at Should Be Reading where we book bloggers give you lovely readers a tantalizing taste of whatever it is we are reading right now. To play along:
• Grab your current read
• Open to a random page
• Share two (2) “teaser” sentences from somewhere on that page
• BE CAREFUL NOT TO INCLUDE SPOILERS! (make sure that what you share doesn’t give too much away! You don’t want to ruin the book for others!)
• Share the title & author, too, so that other TT participants can add the book to their TBR Lists if they like your teasers!
This week's teaser is:
Deadline

Genre: Horror, Post-Apocalypse, Zombie Fiction
I am just starting this book as a May buddy read so I am sharing the first two sentences of the book with you all in order to avoid spoilers. If this teaser intrests you, please read Feed first! Newsflesh Trilogy #2
Genre: Horror, Post-Apocalypse, Zombie Fiction
"Our story opens where countless stories have ended in the last twenty-seven years: with an idiot-- in this case, Rebecca Atherton, head of the After The End Times Irwins, winner of the Golden Steve-o Award for valor in the face of the undead-- deciding it would be a good idea to go out and poke a zombie with a stick to see what happens. Because, hey, there's always the chance that this time, maybe thing will go differently."pg. 5
